Ace Ambient Air Cleaners effectively remove smoke, dust, fumes, grit, and other airborne contaminants from industrial work areas. Such applications include welding and fabrication shops, woodworking shops, auto body repair, and other related operations. Ace Ambient Air Cleaners use high powered motor / blower combinations that continually circulate room air while high efficiency filters remove pollutants from the work area.
Ambient Air Cleaners are ideally used where the use of source capture equipment is not practical due to limited floor space and / or where extraction arms cannot be mounted. Ace Air Cleaners are also effectively employed as supplements to existing local or cenral source capture systems. Using the equipment in this manner general imporves overall air cleanliness and circulation in the work area.
Units are simple to install from ceilings, cross beams, brackets, or other permancent structures utilizing pre-installed eye bolts. The option dual-inlet plenum feature converts the Ambeint Air Cleaner to a stationary source capture fume extractor (74-2800 series only). Ace Air Cleaners accept a wide range of filter combinations to meet a variety of work applications, and all units include a filter status LED light. Motors range from 1HP to 2HP in a variety of voltage / phase configurations, are totally enclosed, and permanently lubricated for quiet operation and long life.
